CCA is excited to announce the introduction of an eight-week online bookkeeping course specifically for not-for-profits.
This one is for all those self-taught, or completely new, voluntary or very part-time bookkeepers, treasurers, administrators or coordinators with no formal background in bookkeping. The course aims to give a bit of a foundation, and an understanding of the hows and whys.
And since things are a little different in the not-for-profit world, bookkeeping training that’s out there is not always suitable. At CCA we know exactly what NFP bookkeepers are dealing with.
A word of caution: this is a foundation course, focused on the skill of recording financial transactions accurately. More advanced tasks such as payroll, additional activity or funding tracking, or managing accounts receivable and payable are outside of what we’ll cover in this course.
